Form used when the setbacks can’t be met and have to ask for a variance and have the Board of Adjustment’s meet. Building Permit and fee must be submitted first and the variance application fee. The Variance Permit Fee is $100.00 plus Administrative Costs (Publishing and Postage). This process takes about a month if everything goes well.
Form for new or moving residents to a residential (personal) property for acquiring water, sewer, and garbage services. There is a $200.00 deposit and all can be turned in to City Hall at 100 Front Street.

$50.00 Deposit/Fee for use of the Shelter House. $25.00 is refundable upon inspection.
By reserving this shelter, you are held responsible for seeing the shelter house is cleaned and left in the same condition as when first entering it.
