Form used for any and all improvements to the outside of your property, submit to City Hall at 100 Front Street along with the permit fee.  Call City Hall with any questions.

Variance-Permit

Form used when the setbacks can't be met and have to ask for a variance and have the Board of Adjustment's meet.  Building Permit and fee must be submitted first and the variance application fee.  This process takes about a month if everything goes well.

Water Application Residential

Form for new or moving residents to a residential (personal) property for acquiring water, sewer, and garbage services.  There is a $200.00 deposit and all can be turned in to City Hall at 100 Front Street.

Shelter House Rental
RULES for RENTING SHELTER HOUSE

$50.00 Deposit/Fee for use of the Shelter House. $25.00 is refundable upon inspection.

By reserving this shelter, you are held responsible for seeing the shelter house is cleaned and left in the same condition as when first entering it.

Please observe the following rules:

  • PLEASE TAKE ALL GARBAGE WITH YOU WHEN LEAVING.
  • Tables should be wiped clean.
  • Floor should be swept and spills wiped up.
  • All windows should be closed.
  • Doors to shelter should be locked when leaving.
  • If tape is used, please remove it.
  • Be sure to RETURN THE KEY where it was picked up.
  • The shelter house cannot be used for sleeping or camping.
  • A 7-day notice for cancellation of reservation must be received or a $25.00 fee will be charged. “No shows” for reservations will be contacted and charged a $25.00 fee.

If rules are abused, you may be subject to a charge and/or future privileges may be denied.
